Dr. Warschawski holds a Ph.D. in Applied-Clinical Psychology from the University of Zurich as well as a Master of Education and a Master of Arts in psychology from the Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore, Maryland.  His academic positions have included professorships at the University of Maryland School of Medicine and the Baltimore Hebrew University – now part of Towson University, Baltimore, Maryland.  He maintains a private practice for contextual psychotherapy and contextual coaching in Baltimore.

As president of his achievement consulting firm exlnz, Dr. Warschawski is consultant and coach to top management as well as professional athletes and performing artists on issues of personal success.

As a psychologist with many years of experience in the business world, both in Europe and America, he combines his expertise in the area of human potential with his experience as a psychotherapist.  He enables participants and clients to develop those inner qualities that transform technical skills and “know how” into true mastery.

Together with his former assistant Sabine Heinvirta, Vice President of exlnz, Dr. Warschawski is co-founder of ICCA, the International Contextual Coaching Association.  As its principal instructor he trains and certifies students for the ICCA approved Diploma of a Contextual Coach – the internationally recognized professional standard for professional Contextual Coaches.

He is further the originator of the concept of the Vision-Led Organization and designed the process for businesses to establish themselves from the start as a Vision-Led Organization or to convert from a traditional hierarchical organization to a Vision-Led Organization.  While Christian Kunzle, Vice President of exlnz heads this Division, Dr. Warschawski remains actively involved.

Dr. Warschawski gives seminars and lectures in America and Europe, and he is a consultant, coach and Contextual therapist on both continents.  He lives with his family in Baltimore, Maryland, USA.
