Rosemary Warschawski holds a Bachelor of Liberal Arts in Social Sciences from the Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland.  A founding associate of exlnz, she is co-leader of top management seminars on the topics of communication, achievement, motivation, and relationships. 

In addition to her work as writer, editor, and public relations consultant, Ms. Warschawski is active on the board of several organizations as chair or member of planning, building, and fundraising commissions.   As fundraising chair for a local community building project, she raised $3 million with an entirely volunteer staff.  She is a founding board member of a new private K-6 school in Baltimore currenlty in it's third successful year. In addition, she serves on the Programming Committee of the Board of the Jewish Muesum of Maryland.

Ms. Warschawski has been a valued speaker for many years for the community forum, For Women, by Women and has spoken to women’s organizations in Switzerland and Germany on the topic of Tolerance.  She has spoken on this and further social science topics to various audiences in America and Europe.

As a dedicated mother Ms. Warschawski served for several years as president of the Parent Teacher Association of her children’s private school in Baltimore.  She lives with her family in Baltimore, Maryland, USA.
