In 1993 Ms. Heinvirta founded HEINVIRTA CONSULTING, an executive search company for top management and technical specialists in the IT industry.  The company specializes in assessment and aptitude determination.

Ms. Heinvirta first came in contact with contextual thought and contextual coaching in 2007 in her work as personal assistant to Dr. Peter Warschawski.

Upon the successful completion of her training as a certified Contextual Coach in 2008, she formally expanded the operational scope and activities of her firm – now HEINVIRTA CONSULTING & COACHING.

With this background she founded the International Contextual Coaching Association (ICCA).  ICCA’s goal is the expansion and accreditation of professional Contextual Coaching.

As Vice President of the exlnz Contextual Coaching Division, Ms. Heinvirta is responsible for the organization and coordination of the Sequential Training Program leading to the internationally recognized Diploma of Contextual Coaching, ICCA. 

Ms. Heinvirta also maintains a private practice for Contextual Coaching.  She lives with her family in the Lake of Zurich region of Switzerland.
